For the last month, we’ve been working towards putting our staff together for the 2018 season. So far, we are seeing a bunch of our “kids” return! And we love it! This team that we are able to put together, they are part of the life-blood of The Waldheim. The ones who come back year after year after year, help us create the family culture that we strive for. As with any business, it isn’t always rainbows and butterflies…our staff put in some long and hard days…and there are always situations that need some TLC. However, we hope we are able to provide an environment that allows our staff members to develop good work ethic, learn how to be successful as a team and find value in a good day’s work.
With all that said…it’s a pretty good gig to work at The Waldheim. Being able to spend a summer on any lake, especially Big Moose Lake, is incredible! To be able to canoe, kayak or hike during your breaks is awesome. Some of our staff have boats and they take each other water skiing and tubing. Other times, a group heads out for an overnight hike and come back with some amazing sunrise photos! It has been described as a “working vacation” by a few…work hard to play hard!
We want to take a moment to acknowledge our past, present, and furture staff of The Waldheim! You guys are a priceless piece to the puzzle that brings this little slice of heaven, called The Waldheim, together! Thank you for all that you do and we look forward to creating an amazing 2018 season with you!
Here’s our 2017 team!
