Weekly Rates
Each cottage has a weekly rate where all meals, daily cottage cleaning & fire service is included.

**Additional guest rate is $750.00**
A week runs from Saturday to Saturday during July and August. Check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m. We welcome families and the rates for children are as follows:
Under One Year………$75.00 Baby Rate
One through Three……1/3 Adult Rate
Four through Six………1/2 Adult Rate
Seven through Nine…..2/3 Adult Rate
Ten through Twelve…..3/4 Adult Rate
Each child over one year is counted as one in determining the number in a party.
After Labor Day there is a flat per person weekly rate of $1296.00 for adults and a flat daily rate of $207.00 for adults. Single occupancy in the fall is 1 1/2 times the rate except for Pointview, Loft, Crow’s Nest and Dream. Please note that this rate is not reflected in our calculator.
Rates do NOT include 8.25 percent SALES TAX or GRATUITIES.
Pets
$275.00 per week or $47.00 per day per animal.
Payment Methods
We do not accept credit cards, cash and check only.
Reservation Policy
- If there is a change in your reservation, we MUST be notified, at least, seven days prior to your arrival or you will be charged the amount for your original reservation.
- Reservations made for a week will be expected to pay for the full week.
- A deposit is required to confirm a reservation. If a reservation is canceled and the accommodation is re-rented, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation email. The deposit amount will be applied and deducted from your balance when you depart. If you should need to cancel your reservation, it is our policy to hold the deposit while we try to re-rent the cottage. If the cottage is re-rented for the whole reservation time, we will return the whole deposit.
